Refusal of Unauthorized E-mail Collection

1. We refuse the unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses posted on this website through e-mail harvesting programs or any other technical devices. Please be aware that any violation may result in criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses)

1. No person shall collect e-mail addresses by using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from internet websites where such collection is explicitly refused.

2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

3. No person shall use, for information transmission, e-mail addresses that are prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under Paragraphs 1 and 2, while knowing such prohibition.

Article 65-2 (Penal Provisions)

A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding ten million won:

1. A person who violates Paragraph 4 of Article 50 by taking technical measures.

2. A person who violates Paragraph 6 of Article 50 by sending advertising information for commercial purposes.

3. A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses for information transmission e-mail addresses in violation of Article 50-2.
